What we collect

When you request a solar assessment, we collect the property, energy-use and contact details you provide, together with advertising attribution and basic technical information such as the referring page.

How we use your information

We use your details to review your enquiry, identify an installer serving your area, arrange an appointment and track the outcome of your request.

Analytics and marketing measurement

We use cookie-free Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website use. If you choose “Allow marketing”, we also load the Meta Pixel and may send matching conversion events to Meta through the Conversions API. These events help us understand whether a Meta advert led to an eligibility-page visit, a saved enquiry or a confirmed appointment. Contact details sent for matching are normalised and securely hashed; technical identifiers such as your IP address, browser information and Meta browser identifiers may also be included. We do not send Meta an event when you decline marketing.

Sharing your enquiry

Where you give explicit consent, we may share your enquiry with one solar installer serving your area so they can contact you about the requested quotation or assessment.

Retention and your rights

We retain operational records only as long as needed for the enquiry and our legitimate business records. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by contacting the business using the contact details supplied on the live site.
